Supervised exchange fee is $30 per party per exchange.    

Flash drive of a recorded visit is $20. If you provide your own flash drive, you will only be charged $10 per visit transfer. Please note that visits are only available for 30 days. 

Brief, one page summary of visits are $25.

Supervisor’s notes are $1 per page.           

Please allow a minimum of one week to produce copies and/or documents. Notes and sessions are not confidential and can be requested by either party or their attorney at any time.  

Registration fee is $50 per visiting adult.  Only registered adults can deliver/pick up child and visit the child.

Registration fees are non-refundable and must be paid prior to beginning the visitation process.

All fees are due and payable in advance.

If either party cancels a scheduled visit less than 24 hours before the visit, the canceling party will be assessed a $60 cancellation fee.

If either party is a no-show, that party will be assessed a $60 fee.

If the child to be visited/exchanged is sick, a valid doctor’s excuse is required to waive the cancellation fee of the custodial party.

For exchanges, the assessed cancel fee will be $20.

If either party is more than 15 minutes late for the visit, the visit may be cancelled (unless other party wishes to wait). The late party will be charged a $60 cancellation fee.

If the child is not picked up promptly at the scheduled pick-up time, the custodial party may be assessed a late fee of $1 per minute.

Visits will be suspended if late fees or cancellation fees are not paid prior to the next visit (if the fee is assessed on the visiting party). Unpaid fees will be reported to the appropriate attorney and/or court.

Supervisors are available to testify for a professional fee of $250 (two hour minimum), which must be paid 24 hours in advance of the hearing date. If the Supervisor remains available and not discharged by the court longer than two hours, each additional hour will be billed at $100 per hour. If the hearing is moved without the Supervisor’s testimony, the fee will be an additional $100 if the rescheduled date is more than two weeks after the initial hearing date. This fee must be paid in advance of the hearing date.  Fees are non-refundable, regardless if the supervisor testifies or not. All court appearances must be via subpoena.
